This weekend I had the opportunity to take a look into the world of 413 Sherman, a beautiful abandoned church on Buffalo’s East side. This church is rapidly deteriorating. Currently there are several holes in the roof and the brick has eroded so much that it looks like a dry creek bed.
The interior of this church is simple yet stunning. The light fixtures are still there, the pews and wood detail remain, the tin ceiling is still in good shape in several areas. The building has been boarded up by the city however, that will not stop the rain and snow from taking this beauty down…
